Payment Information

Every reservation have a payment schedule that you must keep. Depending your reservation cancellation policy.

You can always contact us if there is any extra case you want to cancel your reservation.

Below you will find some test cases depending on cancellation policy of the reservations

Payments must be placed at least 24hours before the payment date. If you pay later you must include a payment note for us to process your payment.
In case you miss a payment we will wait 24-48 hours to receive the payment. After that time the reservation will be cancelled and any payment made until that date will be not refundable.
In case you are not able to pay at the date of the scheduled payment , then please inform us to reschedule the payment.
In case of Cancellation, no refund will be applicable.
In case of travel restrictions, we will issue a 16 month travel voucher with the amount you have payed.
